Shipping + Handling
Matilda Bell is committed to delivering your order quickly. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
For all pre-orders, back orders or out-of-stock orders, customers will be notified by email of the estimated dispatch date.

How Free Shipping Works
To qualify for free shipping, your order total (before taxes) must be $50 or more. Shipping charges are automatically waived at checkout for eligible customers.

What shipping providers do you use?
All orders will be shipped using UPS or USP depending on the customer's shipping address and location.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international customers, we can purchase products through Matilda Bell, which offers international shipping to multiple countries.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. The email will contain a link to the tracking page so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. We are not responsible for any delays or lost items once the shipment reaches the carrier. Please be sure to provide an accurate delivery address as we are not responsible for any errors in the information provided. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will charge additional shipping costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please feel free to contact us. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will do our best to process orders that have not yet been processed.

What should I do if I don't receive an order confirmation email?
You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder and make sure your email settings allow emails from Najeau. If you don't receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer service team at Support@MatildaBell.shop

An item is missing from my online order.
We are very sorry to hear that the package you received is not what you ordered and thank you for letting us know. To expedite processing, we kindly ask that you contact our customer service team at Support@MatildaBell.shop and provide the following information.
